About the Program

Dig Your Well Before You're Thirsty: Networking for Working Professionals - Featuring well known Twin Cities networking expert, Denise Felder, for a meeting to learn tips and strategies that will help you expand your network.
How confident are you with your skills to connect with people?  Networking is a critical skill for all professionals, and we often begin networking when in transition or a crisis, or in a job search.  As Harvey Mackay suggests, it is best to make connections prior to an immediate need.

As OD practitioners, building relationships is necessary for all aspects of success: gaining new clients (internal and external), discovering appropriate materials and resources as well as opportunities to collaborate.  Networking is the Swiss-Army- Knife of your career toolkit. It will also help you gain skills, advance your career, increase your work satisfaction and, when needed, networking is key to helping you find the right job quickly.

At this MNODN CoP event, Denise will share three things every employee at every level needs to know in order to maintain healthy professional relationships and build your network portfolio.
