MNODN is excited to announce the launch of its newest Community of Practice (CoP): Career Advancement

This CoP is ideal for job seekers, students, OD professionals ready to advance internally/externally, and those interested in transitioning into the field and advancing their career.  It is also a great opportunity to develop your network and relationships with your fellow OD colleagues.

About the Program

CoP's first session focuses on how OD methodology can be applied to one's career development/planning.  Topics will include goal setting, gaining new skills, and career transition, personal strategic planning, among others.  This is a great opportunity to look at career development through the OD lens. Join our facilitators,  Vic Massaglia and Jill Hauwiller, both experienced practitioners in OD and Career Development, as they guide you through the process of applying the principles of OD to your own career.
